Complaints Procedure
Our promise
We aim to deliver a professional, courteous service. If something goes wrong, we want to put it right quickly and fairly.
How to complain
- Stage 1 – Informal: Email info@powlescoproperties.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
- Stage 2 – Formal complaint: Mark the subject “Formal Complaint” and include evidence. We’ll issue a written outcome within 15 working days.
- Stage 3 – Final review: If still dissatisfied, request a final review. We’ll confirm our final position within 15 working days.
Time limits: Please raise complaints within 12 months of the issue or of becoming aware of it.
Independent redress (PRS)
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can refer it to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) within 12 months of our final response. See theprs.co.uk.
