We safeguard client funds in line with CMP requirements and UKALA accounting standards.
How your money is protected
- Segregated Client Money Account (CMA): rents and deposits are received into a dedicated CMA.
- Reconciliation: client account reconciled regularly; records retained 6+ years.
- Deposits: protected with an approved scheme (e.g., TDS/DPS/MyDeposits); prescribed information issued.
- Withdrawals: fees are only deducted when due; landlord balances paid promptly.
- Access controls: authorised personnel only; controls not overridden by principals.
If something goes wrong
In the unlikely event of a shortfall, CMP cover (via UKALA) provides protection to eligible clients in line with scheme rules. Complaints may be escalated via our Complaints Procedure and the PRS.
